1. Introduction

Welcome to Visit Outdoors ("the Club"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and facilities. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully. The Sailing vertical - The Bombay Sailing Club, fall under the same company Visit Outdoors.

2. Membership

• Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who meet the membership criteria. You must be at least 18 years old to join.

• Membership Fees: There is no fee to be a member. 

• Membership Benefits: Membership entitles you to access our facilities, participate in events, and receive other benefits as specified by us.

3. Services

• Experiences and Rentals: We offer rentals and curated experiences to our members. Rental availability, rates, and terms are provided separately and may be subject to change.

• Safety: Members must adhere to all safety rules and guidelines provided by us. Proper use of safety equipment, and life jackets, and adherence to sailing and other experience rules are mandatory.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

• Booking Reservations: Members can make reservations for sailing sessions and experiences in advance. Booking availability is subject to availability.

• Cancellation Policy: Members must cancel reservations within the specified time frame to avoid penalties. Details of the cancellation policy will be provided upon booking.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respect: Members must treat fellow members, staff, and other individuals with respect and courtesy.

• Compliance: All members must comply with local, state, and federal laws while using services & facilities.

6. Liability and Waiver

• Assumption of Risk: Sailing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and equipment damage. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Release of Liability: The Club is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using our facilities or services. Members must sign a liability waiver before participating in any sailing activities.

7. Termination of Membership

• Misconduct: Visit Outdoors reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for any member found on any/all of our platforms engaging in misconduct or violating the Terms.

8. Privacy Policy

• Privacy: We may collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined therein.

9. Amendments

• Changes to Terms: Visit Outdoors may update or modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify members of any significant changes.
